The Adult Fitness group is for swimmers wishing to improve technique, build fitness or train for specific competitions.
We offer a membership card which allows you to swim 10 sessions at any of our venues. If you need a bit more flexibility we also have a Pay As You Go system.
Adult Beginners (non and early swimmers) can book 4 consecutive lessonswith 3 sessions available each week with the same teacher. Then book in blocks of 4 lessons until you join our Improver/Swimmer groups.
The venues and times that we have available for new term starting September 2017 are as below:
- Monday - 6:00 - 6:45 pm
- Saturday - 11:30 - 12:30 pm
- Sunday - 6:10 - 7:10 pm
- Monday - 6:00 - 7:00 pm
- Tuesday - 6:00 - 7:30 pm
- Saturday - 10:30 - 11:00 am
- Saturday - 10:30 - 11:15
- Wednesday - 6:20 - 7:20 pm
